TechWorks ™ Tables – Product Specification
Table base is constructed of 14 Ga. or heavier gauge cold rolled steel. Tables are capable of supporting 1000 lbs. with minimal deflection. Table legs are capable of accepting leveling glides or locking casters. Tables are available in 48”, 60” 72” widths and 30” and 36” depths. Table heights are adjustable from 26″-38″ (29″-41″ with caster kit). Table base is capable of supporting a full or partial base shelf.
Table legs accept interchangeable leveling glides or optional locking casters. (Levelers and casters support 250 lbs. each). Leveling glides are ½” – 13 threaded stem with 1.69” diameter white nylon foot. Casters are ½” – 13 threaded stem with 3” diameter x 1.25” wide hard rubber black tire. Load rate at 250 lbs. each. Two locking casters included with each set.
Worksurfaces are available in Thermally Fused Melamine, High-Pressure Laminate, Electro Static Discharge Laminate and Butcher-Block surface finishes. Melamine and Laminate choices have particleboard core with Bull NoseT-mold on the front edge with 3mm edgebanding on remaining sides. Melamine and Laminate worksurfaces include steel hat channels to prevent deflection. Butcher Block is 1 ¾” thick with a Bullnose front edge. All worksurfaces include cable management holes and grommets. Worksurfaces attach to frame with a metal to metal connection.
Organizer Frames are constructed of 14 Ga. or heavier gauge cold rolled steel and support up to 400 lbs. (evenly balanced, cantilevered on one side). Frames are mechanically fastened to the worksurface. Organizer Frames are available in 48”, 60”, 72” and corner configurations, with heights of 24”, 36” and 48”. Uprights are slotted in 1” increments for maximum adjustability. All Organizer Frames shall have integrated cable management options.
Table base accommodates a full or partial base shelf. Cantilevered shelves are height adjustable in 1” increments. Shelves are available in two styles: Fixed and Tilt. Shelves are available in 48”, 60”, 72” and corner Fixed shelves and 48”, 60” and 72” Tilt shelves. Cantilevered shelves are 18” deep. Weight capacity of cantilevered shelves is 200 lbs. for 48”, 60” and 72”, and 250 lbs. for the corner shelf. Tilt shelves offer an ergonomic solution to support monitors and equipment. Tilt shelf is adjustable in 0º, 5º, 10º, and 15º increments. Shelves are available in Thermally Fused Melamine, High-Pressure Laminate or Electro Static Discharge Laminate surface finishes. Shelves are constructed from a particleboard core with 3mm edgebanding. Shelves include steel hat channels to prevent deflection.
Steel base shelves are made of 14 Ga. cold rolled steel. Base shelves have a weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Retractable articulating keyboard platform with optional mouse platform attaches to the underside of the worksurface. Wire keyboard holders can be used under fixed or tilt shelves.
Task lighting is available in adjustable height, fixed height and under shelf. Adjustable and fixed lights attach to the Organizer Frame. All lights have an on/off switch and are UL and CSA approved.
Cable Trough mounts between Organizer Frame uprights and allows cables to route between frame sections. Vertical Cable organizer mounts to the inside of the Organizer Frame uprights and provides a vertical enclosed cable channel. Cable basket hangs off of the spreaders on the table base and keeps cables off the floor and easily accessible.
Whiteboards and Pegboards attach between Organizer Frame uprights and are available in varying sizes. Part Bin panels attach to the Organizer Frame uprights and allow bins to hang within easy reach of the user. Rack Mount adapters allow for rack mountable equipment to be mounted to the Organizer Frame on standard 19” EIA spacing. Overhead Storage Bins have a standard lock and can be located on 1” increments on the Organizer Frame uprights. Pedestals are available in box/box/file and file/file configurations with a mobile kit optional. Powerstrips are available in 24”, 48”, 60” and 72” lengths that mount horizontally to the Organizer Frame. Service Bars provide locations for air, gas and vacuum fixtures, with most including a powerstrip.
